Simple Steps to get you started
- You need to Register for a free account which gives you access to Project Mgt, downloads, forums ect....
- If you dont receive eMail from us right away then eMail AVMS_support@avworkz.com and request to turn on your services. You will be contacted within 24hrs to set up your account.
- You now have full access to the site and all its no cost tools!
- If you want to remotely manage resources in your projects goto the download page pull down the RMM code and add it to all Crestron systems you plan to manage. You should start adding this to every project that contains Crestron equipment so that at some point in the future you may access the system.
- From the Edit System Info Page (you will see this after AVWorkz has initialized your account for monitoring) you should click on the first unused resource in your page. Then Type the Room information into the system and press Save.
- At the bottom of the Edit Resource Page there is a large number that states you should give this to your developer for assignment to the RMM. This number will identify your control system when it connects to the service.
- Much of the information on each resource is optional, but you may find that its better to let AVMS remember the details of a site than to try and keep them in your head.
